Our journey to Salzburg began with a scenic bus ride, filled with anticipation for the exciting day ahead. The rolling hills and picturesque landscapes made for a delightful start to our trip. As we approached the city, the sight of Salzburg’s stunning architecture and historic
charm heightened our excitement.
Upon arrival, our first stop was the CTC (CircusTrainingsCentrum) by Mota. This vibrant space, dedicated to circus arts, welcomed us warmly. We gathered in a circle for a brief reflection session, known as our morning circle, where we shared our thoughts, set intentions for the day, and connected as a group. This short but meaningful moment allowed us to mentally prepare for the activities ahead.
Following this, we dived into an engaging and dynamic training session. The training was both challenging and fun, pushing us to test our physical abilities while encouraging teamwork and trust. With expert guidance, we practiced various circus skills, from juggling to acrobatics, and even experimented with balancing exercises. Laughter and determination filled the room as we embraced new challenges and celebrated small victories.
After an energizing morning, we took a well-deserved break and enjoyed a delicious lunch together. The meal provided a great opportunity to relax, recharge, and discuss our experiences from the morning. Conversations buzzed with excitement, and the energy remained high as we looked forward to the next part of our day.
With our appetites satisfied, it was time for the next adventure: a city rally for the youth. Divided into multiple groups, the participants were assigned various tasks to complete, each designed to challenge their problem-solving skills and teamwork. The rally began at the circus tent and led them on a thrilling journey through the entire city. Along the way, they encountered historical landmarks, hidden corners, and cultural highlights, gaining a deeper appreciation of Salzburg’s beauty and history.
The tasks required creativity and collaboration, encouraging the groups to explore the city in an interactive way. From deciphering clues to engaging with locals, the rally was not only fun but also a learning experience. It allowed the participants to see Salzburg from a completely new perspective, beyond the usual tourist attractions.
After an exciting afternoon of exploration, the rally concluded at a designated meeting point in the heart of the city. Here, everyone came together to share their experiences, exchange stories, and reflect on the discoveries of the day. The sense of achievement and camaraderie was palpable as we looked back on the challenges we had overcome and the fun we had along the way.
It was a fantastic way to explore Salzburg in a unique and interactive way, leaving us with unforgettable memories and a deeper appreciation for this beautiful city. The day had been filled with adventure, learning, and laughter—an experience that will surely be cherished for a long time.
