The organisers of the three circus organisations involved in the project met with the facilitators for the weekend in Salzburg to get to know each other, plan the main mobility and view locations.

Objectives

The objectives of the weekend were:

  • Building Connections:The visit enabled partners from Austria, Estonia, and Latvia to meet in person, fostering trust and a collaborative spirit.

  • Defining Roles: Through informal activities, partners clarified their roles and shared their ideas, strengths, and needs for the youth exchange.

  • Detailed Planning: Partners fine-tuned the project schedule, workshop content, and logistics, ensuring a smooth and inclusive Youth Exchange.

  • Accessibility Check: An on-site assessment ensured venues, accommodations, and transport were accessible to everyone, including those with disabilities.

  • Risk Management: The team identified potential risks and developed strategies to ensure everyone's safety and well-being.

  • Engaging Methods: Using non-formal methods, activities were collaboratively designed and led by the Austrian coordinator, using flip charts, craft materials, and online tools to visualise and share results.
